MY Motivation

Destiny is changeable. That is a fundamental realisation. From my own experience, I am familiar with issues such as physical, psychological and sexual violence.

I have learned that we are more than our experiences. We cannot undo what has happened. We have the choice of how deeply what we experienced affects our present life. We have the responsibility and the possibility to change.

Every person has their own pace, rhythm and ways. I accompany with heart and mind, with compassion and professionalism. It gives me joy and fulfilment to see how an "aha" experience pops up in a counselling session or a realisation matures and how this changes behaviour in everyday life.
